Dr. Peralta graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in 2007 and completed her psychiatry training at San Mateo County Residency Program in California. Dr. Peralta has been board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 2011.
Dr. Peralta has a heart for helping others. She is passionate about providing exceptional, thorough, and compassionate patient care. “I want to see my patients thrive and have a great quality of life. When creating an individualized care plan, I am optimistic and determined to find the most beneficial treatment for each patient”.
However, after several years of treating patients, she noticed that while some were better and others improved, some patients, despite optimal medication management and therapy, continued to struggle. Despite all her training, knowledge, and experience, there were too many patients for whom these traditional approaches failed to sufficiently alleviate symptoms. Dr. Peralta sought to offer a solution – without the side effects of more medications or electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).
TMS is that solution. TMS is a highly effective, non-invasive treatment for treatment-resistant depression. Many studies and active research have validated the current and potential benefits offered by TMS. The FDA has also granted a breakthrough device designation for NeuroStar TMS system for the treatment of Bipolar Depression. There are also a number of ongoing studies researching TMS for treatment of Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease.
Dr. Peralta is thrilled to be able to offer this innovative treatment to patients in Northern Colorado.
Staci, a Greeley native has been employed in Greeley’s medical community for 30 years and cares deeply for area patients. A graduate of Aims Community College and a certified phlebotomist, Staci brings a sunny disposition and a passion for people. Newly married, Staci enjoys her new home with her husband and has taken on a love for fly fishing.

With Mindset TMS Staci knows she will aid in the success of seeing people feel better, reach remission, and conquer depression.
Though not a Colorado native, Brenna loves being near the mountains and all that the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer. Working for Mindset TMS is especially rewarding for Brenna, because she has always found mental illness and depression heartbreaking. “It is exciting to discover that Mindset TMS offers a new treatment for patients struggling with depression. It is fulfilling to be able to witness patients transform into the people they are meant to be, and to build connections with them through this journey.
Deanna has lived in Colorado for over twenty years. She has a big heart for helping others which led to her previous career in the medical field. Deanna feels blessed to be a part of the Mindset team. She is dedicated to her patients and finds it rewarding to see their symptoms improve and the positive changes in their lives.
